Conditions
The sales carried out by AfroService are subject to the following general conditions, for which the buyer will adhere:
-The delivery periods are dependent on the Post office. They can vary from week to month.
- The sales of products at displayed prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, limited to available stock.
- The customer acknowledges the general conditions of sale when he places an order. All sales from AfroService are final.
- The customer can pay his order with a secure transaction using a credit card.
- Security: Your credit card information is encrypted with the SSL protocol.
This payment information is sent directly to the bank. AfroService does not have access to this information; hence, you will need to reenter such information each time you place an order on our website.
- The minimal value of an order on Afroservice is CHF 30 (shipping not included).
- The order must be paid in full upon placement. The order must be payable in Swiss Francs. Any price listed in Euros or in Dollars next to a product is for informational purposes only. Valid prices will be the ones in effect on the day of the order.
- Any eventual customs or importation taxes, as well as any additional customs clearance taxes, are the responsibility of the buyer.
- The choice and purchase of products are the responsibility of the customers. If the product is unusable for reason such as incompatibility, AfroService will not provide reimbursement. In addition, the customer will not have justification to sue AfroService.
-A user can write at any time to the following address: afroservice@afroservice.com for more complete information concerning products before placing an order.
- Afroservice is not responsible for the wrongful usage of a product. It is recommended to read the manufacturer’s instructions before using a product.
- Items cannot be sent back to AfroService due to hygienic reasons and risks of copyright infringement (CD, DVD).
